This release will now contain Employee Profile and Position Description and also introduce the newly migrated Labor Redistribution plug-in. The Employee Profile application's Dashboard remains the landing page for all HR XE powered self-service applications, and the location where employees will launch the activities associated with the other applications. Additionally, these releases include several defect corrections.

- The new application plug-in which replaces the functionality previously found in Effort Reporting and Labor Redistribution, which used Adobe Flex as a technology platform.
- Users can use Disposition as one of the search options on the Person Search page.
- Display of both the employee name and their ID on the redistribution page.
- Non-initiator users can access the Person Search page to search for pay events and labor redistribution transactions.
- The system will always default posting date to today's date even when prior labor redistribution actions exist.
